For a renovated property, peeling paint and chips scattered throughout indicated a rushed job. The pool felt more like an oversized hot tub, poorly lit and cramped, with awkward hours for the pool jets that made for rude awakenings. The fridge was empty upon arrival, room service delivered dry and unappetizing food, and the breakfast options rarely improved, often leaving guests disappointed by lack of variety and freshness.

Couples looking for luxury
We had an amazing experience with a private pool, really let us unwind. Reception was quick , and breakfast was something else , the noodle options were a win !
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but worth the cost.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Anton, who always served us drinks with a smile, making our days more enjoyable. I appreciated the location. it was just a short walk to Kuta beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. However, the breakfast variety could be improved, as it felt a bit limited. On a few occasions, the communication with the reception staff needed enhancement. they seemed disorganized at times. Overall, it was a great stay with outstanding service and a cozy room.

My stay in the Superior Pool View room was very nice! The room was huge with a fantastic view of the private pool, giving me the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I loved how the air conditioning worked perfectly and having Netflix on the tv was the cherry on top!

Spacious room with a private pool view. AC worked great, and balcony was nice to relax on. Loved having Netflix on the flat-screen TV! Good breakfast options and the spa was a nice touch.
